When I want to send a document to publish online, it gets hanging there. And I have to force quit the app.
Anyone having the same issue?
Sometimes it happens to people with very large pictures.
Start by rebooting your computer. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app (menu bar on the Mac, task bar in Windows). Click on [gear icon] > Preferences > General. Sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID. Then try again.
If there's still a problem there's another thread where an Adobe engineer has an email address to send your file if it still fails for testing. It's a relatively new feature and not all the bugs are worked out.
