PC, Lr, Folders, Action: Moving files/folders around on hard drive, get warning "moving files on disk, if you proceed, neither this move......changes.....can be undone. question: will my original files be corrupted? If so, how do I move files? Thanks
No problem. I think the warning means that you won't be able to use Undo to move the images back and will have to do it manually. There's no risk of corruption.
You can move the file in your finder(in Mac) or explorer(in Windows) and re-connect them back in Lightroom.
Please make sure you maintain the File hierarchy.
To reconnect the files, please refer : How to find missing photos in Photoshop Lightroom
It will not corrupt your files.
Hope this helps.
