I have a question about events and their life cycle flow...
If an event is set to bubble, I know it travels up the component
hierarchy... My question is, does every ancestor who is listening
handle the event, or is it a "dead ball" after the nearest listener
If it is the latter, I figure the nearest listener could then
re-dispatch the event so more ancestor listeners could handle it...
The question here is, if it was a custom event in the first place,
does every re-dispatcher have to contain the same metadata defining
the custom event that the original dispatcher had...?
