Please follow the steps to get the error log from Event Viewer.
> Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-clicking Event Viewer. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
> Expand Windows Logs in the left hand side panel.
> Click on Application.
> In the middle panel, you will find error
> Click on the error log.
> Post the error Information which you find in the General Tab.

What am I to do with the error code? I'd really like to start using this product...
I have the same issue on my PC, and C:/Windows/System32 does not have ig7icd64.dll driver file. My crash report is below. Search of the Exception Code in the forum only refers to renaming the driver file for the fix, but my Exception offset is different
