When I created my personal account I happily created some drawings, then I forgot my password and when I tried in several occassions to reset password, the system gave me a fully new account and lost all my work. Very disappointed how Adobe haphazardly simply deleted my work and then customer service said they cannot do anything because its free. can anyone help? could my work be somewhere in the cloud still. I used another email address to create the account...
I'm so sorry about this situation. Unfortunately, the images created on one Adobe ID are linked to that Adobe ID unless they are somehow shared. If you remember the e-mail address you used for your previous Adobe ID, I can reset your password on this side.
