Do you have online support? I just purchased upgrade from Lightroom 5 to Lightroom 6. I've loaded Lightroom 6, I got a serial number, but your web site won't recognize the serial number I get a message that says serial number is valid but there does not match a product. The drop down box from your site only lists light room 1 thru 5, not 6. So, I've paid $79 for upgrade and can't use it, and you don't seem to have telephone support during the weekend. help
You have purchased an upgrade of Lightroom 6.
After entering the serial number, please choose Lightroom 5 from the drop down list and enter the serial number for Lightroom 5 in order to activate Lightroom 6.
