Are you certain that the e-mail is not in reference to Lightroom Mobile? You only have access to that feature for 30 days. If it is in reference to your regular Lightroom program, then you have installed the creative cloud version as a trial version. If that is the case, here are the instructions on how to change the creative cloud version to a standalone Lightroom 6 installation:

Mrinmay, no error messages. Version LR 6.3 Raw 9.3. Windows 10. Everything seems to be working ok.
Everyone who installs Lightroom 6 gets a free trial to Lightroom Mobile. Your free trial to Lightroom Mobile has expired. Your Lightroom 6 is a perpetual license, it will not expire.
