It should actually be a 'Try' button as far as I'm aware, that you can click launch the application.
Try the following:
Hopefully that will bring back the 'Try' button.
Else you can launch the application the conventional way:
Navigate to the Program Files (Windows) or Applications (Mac) folder on your computer and locate Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 folder and open it.
Inside you'll find the Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 executable (.exe) or application (.app) file. Double-click to launch the application.
