I see this problem has been happening for several years now, but like many others I have been paying for a product for nearly a year now which I cannot use.
I have tried the logging out, logging back in etc with no success, has anyone got an answer which will fix this?
I'm running on the trial at the moment, I have no other choice, but when that finishes soon I'm stumped.
Surely with a company like Adobe it's not too difficult to provide me with a working program for which I am paying.
