De-authorise computer denied with correct password.

I need to de-authorize this computer but it will not acknowledge the password which has been confirmed by Adobe. I have changed passwords twice with adobe's help and still no results. Cntrl/shift/d only brings up the same page and the same problem. Help would be appreciated.
