Hello all, I purchased the "all applications" plan, but Creative Cloud doesn't recognize that I am suscribed.
When I open Illustrator it says that I have no suscription.
What should I do? I need it for work
Is there anybody with the same problem??
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
Since this is an open forum, not Adobe support... you need to contact Adobe staff to help

I couldn't solve it with that information, but I found a post with the solution.
What I did was to erase all the lines with 127.0.0.1 and lines with "adobe" from the hosts file (inside the etc folder).
Then I sign out my account and restarted the computer (MAC).
Sign In again and everything worked fine!
I hope someone else find this useful.
