Sorry you're having trouble. Please provide more detail. Are you getting an error message and if so, what is it? Did you try a different browser? Are you able to get into one of your rooms and use the Meeting>Manage Meeting Information to access the admin page?
I checked Windows Log and didn't find any wrong messages. Can you please let me know where I can find the error message of Adobe Connect?
As a matter of fact, I can't access any rooms I created before, The Internet Explroer/Fire Fox is always throwing out "Page can't be displayed"
This is something I found from Adobe Connect Log folder:

Can you figure out what's wrong here?
This is helpful information – thanks for providing it. I'm
looking into it and will try to help you. Stand by!
Really appreciate you are looking into it.
I will be waiting here for your solution.
Sorry for pushing you, may I know any findings?
No disrespect to you, but it's a Sunday and I have sent your details to the engineers on the Connect team. That's all I can do today. I realize this is frustrating for you but I am doing my best to help. Enjoy your day!
In that case, do you think I should uninstall 9.5 and get 9.0 back?
Anything need to do on database?
Honestly not sure what to advise. Have never heard of this issue. Please send a tweet to @AdobeCare in the meantime – they might be able to help you. Good luck.
