I have been using Acrobat DC Pro for almost a year without issue until now. I'm on a Mack platform OS 10.9.5 When clicking to send for signature It prompts me to log in but when hitting the login button from within the adobe app, it remains idle. It does not connect to server or anything for that matter. I've had to log in directly online to the cloud to upload and send my documents. What's going on? Did something change? I have attempted to relaunch the Adobe app, restart computer- no change. My internet connection is strong. Is there a new update I'm unaware of? I can't seem to get tech support for help.
Nothing has changes,please check your internet connection ,if it's perfect ,check the status of the clock on your machine.Please see if that is set correctly ,that could a cause that it is not working fine.
Restart your machine and relaunch Acrobat DC and see if you are able to.
