Yesterday I had a adobe agent remotely go into my computer to fix a problem I was having with my subcription to acrobat. Ever since then my indesign program pops up with a box about indesign only being a trial, even though it is a program I bought and downloaded to my computer. I can't locate my indesign disc at the moment. Any ideas on how to fix this problem! I don't want to lose access to my indesign that I own. Please help! Adobe agent will not help since it is not a cloud product.
You can try activation from the Help menu, but I'm not sure that is going to work.
Otherwise, the only way I know how to fix this is to uninstall CS6, run the cleaner tool (CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3) and reinstall being sure you are not logged into Adobe with the same identity that you use for Creative Cloud.
