Adobe are debiting my bank account twice for one membership. I have contacted them via live chat, it was referred higher, but they came back and said they wouldn't refund what they had charged twice, and have continued to charge me twice. The live chat I can see is now only available between 9-5 on weekdays, as is their telephone line. I work full time and can't contact them during this period. I find this astonishing, and less than customer friendly. I need them to stop double charging me. What on earth can I do? Do I need to go to Trading Standards? This needs exposing, and they need to be made accountable for their errors. They are making unauthorised debits from my bank account, which I think is illegal.
