    Modifying header when using direct called page

      When calling an .htm help page directly from the browser -- such as http://www.servername.com/help/!SSL!/WebHelp/OnPage_Help/first_page.htm, I've edited the "Show" and replaced with "Show TOC" as someone helped by clicking File > Project Settings... > Advanced button > LNG File tab, and modifying Show=Show to read Show=Show TOC.

      I now want to right justify that. I tried embeddding html
      Show=<p style="text-align: right; align=right>Go To Complete Table of Contents</p>
      to no avail.

      I also want to get rid of the autogenerated Home>Foldername>Pagename at the top right of the page.

      Any ideas out there?
