I'm told my payment has failed and to update my details. Paypal is the only option that comes up - I update my details but the message is always the same that there's a problem with my payment. As far as my paypal account is concerned, all other payments are going through and this payment has been submitted and approved for Adobe but not picked up. Tried contacting online help chat but that was a waste of time and 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. What can I do?
