My InDesign keeps crashing when editing text.

    funkychicka

So when it first started crashing when editing text, it used to have a "pure virtual function call.." error. So I updated my program (today) and now it just crashes.

Is this a common thing?  or does anyone know how to fix it? I've seen a few things on google and they recommended updating the program, so of course, now, i have no idea what to do because that didn't help!

      I'm running Windows 10.

      Creative Cloud..

and it's been updated to.. today lol..

This is what my event viewer log has to say:
