I am asking over all size of the database? GBs or TBs? and how much?
The maximum number of PAGES is 1,073,741,823, where the size of a page is 32769 byte by default. Thus, the maximum size is somewhere around 3^10 KByte, which equals roughly 3^7 MByte, which roughly equals 3^4 GByte, which roughly equals 3 TByte. All very roughly...
Note, that SQLite has PRAGMAS to change various settings at runtime. Additionally note, that most mentioned values depend on compiler settings, which Adobe might have changed.
You mean to say that it can store round about 1 TB data atleast?
As far as I understand the description at SQLite's site: Yes, the size is enormous.
Practically, I wonder if a that large size DB makes sense. At least, you DB model should be very well designed, so that the performance doesn't drop too much due to missing indexes etc.
Thanks a lot :D
Now i can dive into AIR-SQLite
Thanks once again
