The options on your Teams customer care number (1-800-443-8158) changed in the past few weeks and it's now sending me in wrong direction. I've tried selecting different options, but each time my call ends up on the individual user side instead of teams. If the main 1-800 number is specifically assigned for teams, why is it sending callers elsewhere? At this point, the only way I can get through to the proper department is to be transferred by whomever answers - and not everyone is willing or able to do that. Most of the time, I'm told to call the number again and select the "right" options. I've even been told to select what is clearly the wrong option, and when I tried it, I had a lovely (albeit pointless) conversation with your sales department. Any suggestions or am I relegated to living in the twilight zone of your misguided phone system?
