Actually, I know where the photos are - they are in the new D: drive, which was created when I added an SSD with Windows 10. The SSD became my new C: drive, and my old C: drive became the D: drive, with all my photos. Which is fine, except that LR can't find them. I know how to search for lost individual photos, their neighbors and directories, but I have 50,000 photos - so that procedure is tedious and way too time consuming.
Does anyone know a (creative) solution to this problem? Is there a way to get LR to look in the D: drive when it sees C: in the photo location? Many thanks for any tips ... g
You can update the folder location in Lightroom so it will connect with original images and let you use those images in Lightroom.
