I am sending you an invite to the beta. If you'd like to join and try it out, you should see that the content is fixed. If not, I'd obviously love to hear. We just released Acrobat Reader for iOS version 15.4 on January 23, 2016.
This release includes the fix for the particular defect that you have encountered.
