After I license an image in Adobe Stock and save it to a Library, the low resolution watermarked version is downloaded instead. Issue started happening a couple months ago; I've been expecting a fix but nothing has happened. Downloading the image to desktop has been my workaround - that still works for me but is less than ideal. Everything used to work perfectly, and the older images in Library that I've licensed still show as licensed and work as expected. Running MacOX El Capitan in Safari, Chrome and FF. See the screenshots below...
Hover on image in Library - note it correctly says "Licensed":
But there is an error dialog when I double click the image to edit it:
...And when I drag to an open document:
Anyone got a solution for this?
I'm looking at your issue. While I'm doing so, can you please confirm that you've run any updates to your applications? Sign into the Creative Cloud desktop app and click on the Apps tab and run any updates. Once updates have completed please confirm the problem is still occurring and reply back. Thanks!
