Try a different very simple document and see if that works. There could be a problem with the document.
Seems like you are getting this error while viewing some document on the browser.
This can happen only when the document you are trying to view does not exist/or may be deleted by the author.
Please let me know if you are finding any discrepancy in the behavior.
Monica, in the last days I had similar experiences, but after several hours those documents where here again without problem. I think there is a problem on Adobe's side. It was also not possible to update an existing published document, as the newer one were not shown, but when I tried it 4 hours later I had no problem.
Can you please share the error that has been shown on screen to you, when document is not loaded? Also, if possible please share the URL of that document.

For the second issue that you have talked about, may I know how much time after publishing the original document were you trying to update the that document.?
