    Applying a Color Group

I have several master templates. I want to create several color groups in a library shared by the department. Is there  a way to apply a Color Theme without changing the color of each swatch? In word, it's Page Layout, Color Theme, select from the drop down, the color for all styles and objects change accordingly.  Thanks!

The Load command on the Swatches panel will load color groups from another document. Choose Load Swatches and navigate and select the file which contains the color groups. They will be imported.

I've done that, but now I want to change all the defined colors in styles to a specific group. I only see my option is to select a used swatch color, eye drop to the new group, and so on. I was thinking I could create my master template using a greyscale swatch group, then as the template is used my team can pick a color group to apply to the document. In Illustrator its a click on the Recolor Artwork from the Color Guide panel.
