Is anyone else having major problems running Adobe Creative Cloud with Windows 10?! I am on a PC (sure wish I had stayed with Apple) and have had nothing but trouble running Adobe software on this computer. The error codes indicate a problem with the video card drivers (according to Dell tech support). Drivers have been updated at least two times and I still get fatal errors when I try to use InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop. Dell is only offering to replace video cards under my warranty...but I'm not sure whether that will solve the problem if there are compatibility issues with Windows 10. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I am spending a fortune to subscribe to software that will not run on my computer, eek!
I should provide specifics...when I open these programs and try to work the computer crashes...it says it needs to restart and gives the error code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR.
