Im fully aware of that..but that information does not solve the issue.
I guess my question is...when is a fix expected?
It will be fixed when Adobe releases an update that fixes the problem. Adobe does not make such announcements in advance.
I see....well with that information in mind that will certainly affect my
software purchases in the future. Meanwhile I will continue to absorb the
loss of profits due to slower work flows. I'm sure you understand the
impact of that I assume..or not. Irregardless I plan on seeking other
vendors of software to replace my adobe products.
i have the same problem
i hope lightroom will release the update soon
in the meantime i download C1 for a sooting that i have tomorrow...
thank you for the lead to C1.. I have downloaded C1 and am using it today for my shoot. And quite frankly I am very impressed! I really like the way it handles RAW files out of the gate....much crisper and detailed....eliminating the need to make further adjustments... Although it is more expensive, there is truth in the old addage "you get what you pay for".
the truth is that C1 it`s quite interesting and i`m also impressed although i don`t intent to leave Lightroom,
mainly because of the whole Creative Cloud ecosystem and second cause i somehow feel that Lr
is like a partner...Powerful catalog/Library mode and batch processing techniques that can handle
many files simultaneously
You`re right about RAW files handling and i think this is because of custom profiles that phase one use,
that`s why i create my custom -dual illuminant- profiles in Lr myself
[ C1`s Live View in tethered mode is Devine though!!! ]
Nevertheless today i get the job done in tethered mode
