Follow the below steps :
- Quit Lightroom and open Adobe Creative Cloud application
- Click on the gear icon on top right > choose Preferences > sign out
- Sign in back and check if there is any update pending for Lightroom
- Update, if required and then, launch Lightroom and check.

Once you have renamed SLStore and SLCache, right click on Lightroom icon and choose run as administrator > sign in and check.
I did it but nothing changes. LR offered me to use trial version and than launched with reduced functionality again.
When you receive a prompt to use the trial version, there would be another option "license this software"
Choose "license this software" and sign in with the correct email address through which you have subscribed.
