Hello. I am trying Adobe Premiere Elements to see if its a product my business can use. One of the tasks that I will be using it for is making narration videos but every time I try it cuts me off at 30 secs. Is there a way to make narrations longer? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
This is what the Help says:
If you do not click the Stop button, recording automatically stops at the beginning of the next file in the Narration track, or 30 seconds past the end of the last clip in the Quick view timeline or the Expert view timeline.
I would check out this little neat program: Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder
Please consider the solution to place content on the video track before you start your creating your narration clips with the Premiere Elements Narration Tools.
I have done first hand work on this and reported on it in detail. Please see following done in 2013 and applicable today
In that link you will read
First hand analysis of the situation revealed that content is required on either a video track, an audio track, or the Soundtrack to avoid the"Narration Recording Stops After 30 Seconds" situation. The examples to follow demonstrate how what is on a video track, an audio track, or Soundtrack can influence the duration of the narration clip generated.
