Renders or pictures of problems with comps are usually not very much use in diagnosing a problem. Try this. Set the Composition Panel Magnification Factor to 50% or 100%, set the Comp Panel resolution to Auto, Select the comp in the Project Panel, select the layers in the comp that are giving you problems and then press the u key twice to reveal all modified properties of the layer, then take a screenshot. Then give us the details of your workflow in the reply field on this forum. When you get to the right part of your explanation press the return key to start a new line and drag your full size screenshot of AE into the reply field. This will give us somet to go on.
You can try this right away, and it won't hurt anything -- purge the memory & image caches. See if it helps.
Noted, I have used "element 3D" effect on my project. Is there any connection between these noise and the effect? How can i solve the problem of noise and clear my composition screen?
What version of Element 3d?
What GPU are you using?
Have you purchased and activated Element 3d?
What version number of AE are you using? I know it's not the most current version, so what is the exact version number?
I would start by turning off the effects (little FX icon) one at a time until the problems go away.
