I've been syncing a big video file for over a week...basically it is hung. I'd estimate it is 2+ GB in size. How do I cleanup the system?
Also, if an iphone goes to sleep, does syncing stop until it is active again? Do I need to be actively in the LR mobile app for syncing to continue?
Could you please let me know , if you are syncing the Video from Lightroom Mobile to Desktop or Desktop to Lightroom Mobile ?
I was syncing from mobile to desktop.
Currently both Lr mobile and Lr desktop acknowledge the file as being in progress of being synced. When I go into the Lr desktop catalog folder containing the other images previously synced I do not see anything looking like a whole or part of the files.

I have checked with the Back-end team, and it seems that the Video that you are syncing from the Collection has been removed from the Original Location.
Please remove the file IMG_2003.MOV from the collection and then try to Sync.
