If you want Adobe support for an Elements issue, it is done using online Adobe Chat. But, the support is only for the current version which is 14.

Thank you. Well I bought both adobe photoshop elements 14 and adobe
premiere elements 14 on december 23 they both came in one CD.
I installed the software everything was going wonderful for the first 2
days I was only able to edit one video. After that I tried to edit more
videos I would click on the premiere elements 14 and it wouldn't open when
i would try to open the photoshop elements 14 that one was working
But not the premiere elements 14.
I called customer service last night they told me that they couldn't help i
had to get help from online so i went to the website they gave me i looked
everywhere to find the chat room they told me and this is all i found.
So what i did is uninstled the whole software from my computer and try to
reinstall it again but that was a total disaster it didn't work i couldn't
install it again so now im left with nothing.
Please try the online Adobe Chat link that I gave you for Premiere Elements Downloading, Installing, and Setting Up.
They should be able to help you since you have 14 and purchased it recently. The return/refund is for within 14 days of purchase, but Adobe should be offering support for this.
Did you make a telephone call to some Adobe number or did you deal with online Adobe Chat when someone there said they could not help?
