I have just uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated Lightroom to 6.3. It worked once, then after a shutdown it said Adobe Application Manager was missing or damaged. I reinstalled Adobe Application Manager and it asks me again for my serial numbers for LR 6 and my previous LR 5 (I bought an upgrade). It has opened now (with a new catalog and no saved preferences).
I have gone through these steps 5 or 6 times (although without upgrading to 6.3 with the patch) since purchasing LR 6 in December. Will the update prevent this from happening again?
Will the update prevent this from happening again?
The Previous Lightroom version 6.2.1 had some issues with Performance and interface that were fixed in the version 6.3.
I would recommend you to upgrade to latest version.
This seems to have fixed my problem. Only time will tell but I have yet to have an issue. Thank you!
I updated to the latest version as you suggested and all was fine for a while. I just started up my computer and Adobe Creative Cloud needed to be reinstalled (which I did) and now Lightroom is asking me to reinstall again. I again cannot uninstall Lightroom. Why does this keep happening?
