    When I try to produce a video, all I get is the wheel buffering/loading and a "system not responding" message.  This happens after I have selected about 5 to 10 pictures for the video.  The program just seems to lock up.  I have even had the cursor lock u

      When I try to produce a video, all I get is the wheel buffering/loading and a "system not responding" message.  This happens after I have selected about 5 to 10 pictures for the video.The program just seems to lock up.  I have even had the cursor lock up forcing me to use Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get completely out of the screen and try to start over. Any idea what is going on?  Do I need to uninstall Premiere Elements 14 and reinstall?
