When I try to produce a video, all I get is the wheel buffering/loading and a "system not responding" message. This happens after I have selected about 5 to 10 pictures for the video. The program just seems to lock up. I have even had the cursor lock up forcing me to use Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get completely out of the screen and try to start over. Any idea what is going on? Do I need to uninstall Premiere Elements 14 and reinstall?

What is the project preset selected for the project (See Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and reading for Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size, and Pixel Aspect Ratio even if the fields look grayed out.
