Try signing out of CC and then back in again.
What are apparently server problems with Publish Online and the dashboard have been reported the past couple days here and on another forum we both are part of:
Just making sure that’s the issue. I see everything here so just eliminating things, but yeah, I should have mentioned that.
Please try opening URL: https://indd.adobe.com/dashboard
Login with your adobe ID, when asked. This will open your dashboard, you can manage your publications here.
If you are not able to access with URL please revert.
Else If this URL works fine, seems like there is some issue while opening default browser from within InDesign application. Try again after trashing your preferences.
Dashboard is updating less than 10 minutes! Yay!
However, it's Sunday morning. Did the slowdown happen because of normal business week traffic? I worry that this is something that will happen often.
