Would you please provide more details about your problem so that we can troubleshoot?
"The app doesn't open..." -- Do you mean that (a) you cannot launch the Acrobat Reader app at all or (b) you cannot open a PDF document?
Were you able to re-install the Acrobat Reader app successfully?
What "doesn't work"? What do you see on the screen when the problem happens? Do you see an error message?
When I try to open the app, it doesn't open. I try to open it and nothing happens. I re-installed the app.
Do you still have the same problem after you re-installed the app?
Would you follow the steps below?
- Restart your iPad/iPhone. See Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Go to the iOS home screen.
- Tap the red Acrobat Reader icon in the iOS home screen to launch it.
When you launch Acrobat Reader for iOS, do you open a PDF document at the same time? Or do you launch Acrobat Reader without opening a PDF document?
Does Acrobat Reader disappear and take you back to the iOS home screen? When you re-launch Acrobat Reader, do you see the following dialog?
