    Please help! (Error code: 1004)

      Hello, I'm in need of some help.

       

      When I open Creative Cloud I am forced to update it. It asks me for my mac's password and I give the correct one. It then gives me a note saying: "Administrator privileges are required to continue with the installation.(Error code: 1004)" and it forces me to retry or cancel. I've retried it countless times and I keep getting the same thing.

      I became so frustrated I put all my Creative Cloud software in the trash and redownloaded the cloud off the adobe website, only to have the same error code message. So now, I'm without my programs I had before this mess and I would really appreciate some help.
