Why arent my books in my library when I sign in on a new computer?

I have just bought a new computer and when I activated it using my existing Adobe ID, none of my books were in the library.  Any know what I can do about this?

The synchronization at moment not right work. (the function are new)
You must move the Folder My Digital Edition under your Documents form the new to the old device.

Hi! How did you transfer your files? Please! 

Here is my issue. I've spent days trying to Google and figure this out. 

I'm trying to get my ebooks from my phone on the ADE app to my Kindle e-reader which currently I'm using the Amazon Fire 10 Tablet. 

I downloaded ADE to my laptop. Sign in and my books aren't showing on my laptop. But are on my Phone ADE app. Same ID and PW. I've connected a USB cord. I read on Google that my device name should appear on the left side of screen on my laptops version in ADE but it's not! 

Sorry! I hope I'm making sense. 

I just need help! Please.
