Only ordered one item. I never intended to order more than one item. I have no idea how I ended up with two separate orders. And I did not want to have a license available for the future as I would just purchase it then. I called this morning and was assured the extra charge would be refund.
However, no email confirmation of that refund has arrived. I am very annoyed.
I finally got confirmation of a refund via chat. I like adobe stock but this should not have happened. I need to be able to buy with confidence that I would be billed more than once for a single item or I won't buy from you again.
