I have a very limited knowledge on the many bells and whistles of Adobe After Effects, and have come across a problem.
I have a video clip with accompanying audio, but the video is about a second or two ahead of the audio, and I need to change this. Is there a way to delay VIDEO so that the two might be synced up? I am aware of the ability to delay audio, but I need the opposite.
Any help is fantastic

Duplicate the layer, mute the audio on one of them and move them around until it fits.
