You can create new Lightroom Catalog and do the import from the iPhotos, if you are doing the normal import from the external resources then Uncheck the option "Don't Import suspected Duplicates" under File Handling.
Let us know if that helps.
Hi, thank you for your answer. I thought about that, but would really rather not create multiple catalogs since I've read a considerable amount warning against doing so. Is there anyway I can circumvent that option? Also, where does File Handling show up? Thank you!
You might have to just start over.
The way the importer works is that if you had a managed iPhoto library (your photos were "in" the library itself, not out in folders you named in the Finder), then Lr must copy those images to a new folder, like "Lightroom Masters" or something in your Pictures folder. That copying starts over since it got interrupted the first time, and I doubt it's gonna start where it left off, as you can see. Mohit's advice is geared toward using the regular import process in Lr, NOT the iPhoto plugin. The plugin has no option to ignore duplicates AFAIK.
