our house was broken into and my apple mac with wireless adobe software on it for university purposes was taken. Can i redownload this onto a different computer so i can continue my work? is there a way of stopping it from being used on the other computer?
are there theft policies to protect people in this sort of situation from having to start a new subscription?
Your subscription allows for having two machines with working installations, so you can install and sign in on a second machine. You can also try contacting Adobe Support to see if they can sign you out of any currently signed-in installation (the stolen one) so that it cannot be used. As far as I know there are no theft policies in your subscription/license agreement.
