Adding Adobe ID after installing W/O

I had to download an ebook that required me to download Adobe digital editions 4.5. I was prompted to enter my Adobe ID which I did not have at the time so I installed the program as "Authorized" without the ID.

I now have my ID but when i select "Help" the fields about Authorizing are all grayed out. I am unable to update my ID so this is basically a "Read Only" version. I un-installed and re-installed but the ID question never came back

Is there no way to add your ID?
