ImageGetEXIFMetadata error with Lightroom 2.2 photos

I am trying to use ImageGetEXIFMetadata() with RAW photos that are exported from Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (LR) 2.2 (MAC) as jpg files. It gives me an error message below. If I export same RAW photo from Canon's DPP it works. I can also read EXIF data with an another program without any problem for the photos from LR.

Anyone else is having the same issue?
