Slowdown recorded audio

Is there any way to slow down a recorded movie with narration, even if it distorts the voiceover?
Either during playback or somehow modify the project so it runs 10% slower when compiled.
We have a bunch of recorded sessions with a fast talker. 10% slower would fix them. :-)

Perhaps try adjusting the frame rate?

Edit > Preferences... > Project node > Frames per second setting.

Try a lower value. If you see 30 there (the default) 10% is 3. So try 27. But I'm guessing you will need to go lower.

Note sure if it will affect audio though.
