I'm currently filling out a form in Adobe Acrobat Pro that includes a table with the ability to add rows. However, when rows are added past one page, the table disappears. How do I get the table to continue onto the next page. A workaround would be to duplicate the page and continue editting on the duplicated page. However, I am unable to move pages or duplicate pages. The Tools --> Pages --> Insert from File is greyed out. Thanks for any help!
This is not a normal Acrobat PDF form. It was most likely created in an application LiveCycle Designer, and therefore can only be edited there.
I would recommend you report this issue to the authors of the form and ask them for a fixed version.
