but there is another way to find out this information? Because there is a person who is clicking many times on my google adwords and would like to lock your IP.

You can not lock their IP anyway in BC, you would have to do that in google adwords.

You can not track that information in BC in the admin.

Google itself will be filtering and blocking that behavior. Google itself detects if the same IP and people are clicking a link over and over and blocks that.
