If you still have issues you can try uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app using the directions and uninstaller found here: Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. Once the Creative Cloud desktop app has been removed using the uninstaller, please reinstall it according to these instructions: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services.

error 1003 isn't listed in that link. Anyone else have a solution?
Yes, I agree with BlazinBuffalo. Error 1003 is not on there. I am having the same issue and dont see it supported.???
I've tried uninstalling, restarting on multiple occasions then reinstalling. can get beyond my initial install message. seems to be crapping out on me without any possible opportunities to fix or any further info on the situation. Can't run any of my apps now. Also, I tried running the Adobe Cleaner and still the problem persists. I am running a macbook pro 2014. Don't think this is a hardware problem as I was running adobe apps seemlessly before.
This is really not working. this is starting to become a real serious problem.
below is as far as I get then it seems like the app turns off and stops downloading mysteriously. can't seem to find any documentation on this.
