This may be a really foolish question, but i have been using Lightroom for years and have never figured it out on my own.
When I convert and export my modified RAW photos to their JPG folder, the numbering system is rather inflexible, in that I can only get the numbers to work in single digit format. So show as 1, 2, 3 etc. rather than 001, 002, 003 (three digit format). I change the format using Bridge, but it is an extra step I'd prefer not to have to take if possible.
Is there a way to change the numbering format in LR so I can skip the extra step in Bridge?
You can rename them at the time of export.
Under File Naming tab in the export window, choose Edit from the dropdown menu next to "Rename To" > choose "Sequence # (001)" from the dropdown menu of Sequence and Date.
