I have a creative cloud membership through my job. I have all the apps installed on my work computer which is a Mac and they work perfectly fine. Whenever I try to install the apps on my computer at home which is a PC, all of the apps download as trials. I do not have a third computer and no one else uses my account. Shouldn't I be able to have the full version of the apps on both computers? When I am at work and I visit Adobe.com and go to the "Download Apps" page I get the option to download the apps, but at home, I get the option to download the trials. I have attached images to reference.
Can someone please help me?
yes, sign in with your adobe id and install the cc desktop app on your 2nd computer, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
if the apps are offered as trials in the cc app, Troubleshooting FAQ: What should I do if I have a membership but my app is acting as if I have a trial?
Thank you for those links. Reseting the host file and renaming the SL Cache helped to do the trick after a restart and signing out and signing in.
